Fit the First - in which new friends are acquired, and our heroine faces the first gym leader

Our heroine, Ariadne is her name,
Newly a resident of Littleroot
Set forth at the beginning of the game
and somewhere on the hundred and third route
she rescued Pokemon professor Birch
received a Mudkip as her just reward
she named it Emily, and then her search
For better Pokemon could move forward
So she set out with Emily in tow
On to the great city of Rustboro

To catch more Pokemon Ari was taught
by Brendan (Birch's son), on 104
On 103, a Poochyena was caught
and very shortly followed by two more
She named them after Star Trek Engineers
Montgomery, Geordi (La Forge) and Miles
she bought ten balls, and got some free premiers
(if more Poochies show up they'll be reviled.)
In Olddale Ariadne met her Dad
Some day a battle with him him will be had

A pair of Wurmples next were to be found
after a certain pop star they were named
David and Bowie both grew kind of round
when they evolved and soon were not so lame
Bowie became silcoon, David cascoon
and in the forest soon their was a scuff
'Twixt Ariadne and a Rocket goon
(Emily kicked his ass, it wasn't ruff.)
The time came for a lengthy level grind
Because the Pokemon were all behind

When Emily had reached level thirteen
The time had come to take on Roxanne's Gym
The trainors there were really not that mean
One used a geodude, Emmy killed him
By shooting blasts of water from her mouth
she took on several others just as well
Roxanne showed up, and things did not go South
Her Nosepass did some damage, but it fell
The best component of this little romp?
Mudkip evolved into a new Marshstomp!
